On August 8th, 2007 several amateur radio operaters met and came up with a group charter. We don't really consider ourselves a club but more of a group of active hams. The Primary Requirement for membership is a desire to have fun with this hobby. 

Membership: Full membership is open to any person possessing an amateur radio license. Full members may vote and hold office. Associate membership is open to anyone interested in our hobby. Associate members may not vote or hold office. Our group has the right to decline membership application. Any membership can be terminated by majority vote. 

PTRG does not collect dues.
